App cannot find phone


It seems as if my Animus app thinks that my phone is “away” even when it’s connected to the network. It worked fine before, any clues?

Go to Settings->Members and check that your phone is assigned to the right member. The Heart tries to do this automatically but if your have unistalled the app or app data has been cleared the Heart can’t understand your new phone session.
