Does Heart ask for PIN when not connected to cloud?

I, AGAIN!!!, got asked for a damn pin when connected to the same damn local damn network as the damn heart is connected to.
IT*S THE SAME FREAKING LOCAL NETWORK!!!

If it’s so damn worried about the security of connection then why the hell not use the same damn function as detecting precense on the same dawm network for verify local access to the damn heart?!

So the question remains, will the heart ask for pin verification if i disconnect it from the could/remote connection?

I have the same problem.
Mine is with the Android app.
And it tends only to be with my Android phone and pad.
Not with the rest of the family iphones
