I cannot update my e-mail address or username i the Help Center, at least not permanently. After having updated and saved the changes, the old address and name isback again when you revisit the page. A bug or what?
Do you mean your account on animushome.com or the Help Center? Because the Help Center and issue-tickets are built on the Atlassian services. So, it’s probably a question for Atlassian, but just a reminder - you don’t need to have an Atlassian account to write tickets to Animus Home.
